COMPRESSOR OILS
These are high performance rotary screw and vane air compressor oils produced by addition of special additive packet to the in quality refined base oil. Extends service life of compressor preventing forming of deposits in critical points. Enables to operate at high pressures and temperatures owing to its high resistance against high temperatures and oxidation. Protects metal surfaces against rust and wearing form a film over the surface. Provides variations in application in compressors in accordance with changing environment thanks to its changing viscosity range. Ensures easy separation of the water without letting forming of emulsion in the compressor thanks to its outstanding properties of separation from the water.
SLIDEWAY OIL
They are guide oils formulated with addition of additive giving feature of adhesion with mineral-based base oils and high quality oxidation, anti-rust, anti-abrasion and anti-foam additive and EP additive. The series produced in wide viscosity range can be used in hydraulic systems of counters if recommended.
CLOSED SYSTEM GEAR OIL
These are lubricants with wear resistance and resistance against pressure features for closed system gears formulated by special additives of sulphur –phosphor base without lead content. They are used safely in systems with circulation, impacts and oil bath operating under heavy duty conditions prevailing in various industries, in all gear boxes, cement and iron-steel industries.
HEAT TRANSFER OIL
It is a heat transfer oil produced by high quality refined base oils exhibiting superior oxidation resistance that has with low vapor pressure and high thermal stability. Generally, it may be used safely in food, plastics and construction elements and dye industries, at temperatures up to 316°C in closed systems and up to 200 °C in open systems.
SEWING MACHINE OIL
Sewing Machine Oil is a product prepared with paraffinic base oils, has a long service life, providing excellent results on modern machines and benches with narrow tolerances.
TEXTILE OILS
Textile machine oils prepared by modern additives and refined high quality base oils. Harmonic regular for textile finishing process in looms and knit machine in textile industry, exhibits high performance in lubricating bearings and needle mechanism, has wall washable function improved product.
BORON OIL
These are cutting liquids that form milky white appearance when mixed with water and obtained by mixing well refined basic oils, packaged additives and emulsifying agents. They can be used as lubricants and coolers in all types of cutting operations, metal chip removing with boring tool, puncturing holes and in hot drawing process of aluminum bars. Boron Oil provides excellent cooing and lubrication in all types of cutting operation. CUTTING OIL
These oils, which make stable emulsions with water, are formulated to respond to the most difficult operations of CNC machines in conventional cutting, grinding and cooling processes. It is used safely in all machining operations in casting, steel and low aluminum series, in rough and precise machining of the material, and in CNC benches.
BLEND OIL
It is a light colored oil in emulsion structure, which is used to make the fibers cleaner and the yarns brighter, and to control dust and flying fibers.
COTTON COLLECTING SOLVENT
The product called cotton picking machine solvent is used for cleaning, cooling and lubricating needles in cotton picking machines. Cotton picking solvent is used by emulsifying with water. Thanks to the low surface tension, washability and low viscosity it provides, it effectively cleans the needles and ensures the continuity of the process.
PROCESS OILS — PARAFFINIC
They are products formulated with high quality base oils with paraffinic structure. It is used in the manufacture of synthetic and natural rubber, automotive tires, gaskets, automotive spare parts, adhesives and many more applications.
PROCESS OILS — AROMATIC
They are dark colored, aromatic oils used especially in the rubber and plastic industry. It is used in the manufacture of glass paste, glue and adhesive manufacturing, hemp blend oil, tanning processes, ink manufacturing, plasticine softener and mold release agent in brick and tile manufacturing, carbon electrode manufacturing.
PROCESS OILS — NAPHTHENIC
It is a process oil with naphtanic structure, formulated with high quality products and having a wide usage area. It is used in rubber applications for the automotive industry, construction industry, asphalt production, adhesive, printing ink production, automotive tire production, hose and cable filler production.
PROCESS OILS — WHITE OIL
It is a highly formulated light white oil. It is used in textile processing (paint-free lubrication), incense and perfume production, plastics, paper and cosmetics industries, various oil-based formulations, hair oils, hair lotions, shoe polish and petroleum jelly manufacturing industries.
